The house is a half block from West Broadway and four short blocks from West 4th Avenue with both streets offering transportation, wonderful restaurants and shopping. Kits Beach, Jericho Beach, Spanish Banks are just minutes away. UBC with the Museum of Anthropology, UBC Aquatic Centre, UBC Naitobi Gardens, Science World, HR Macmillan Planetarium, Granville Island and downtown Vancouver.
